Cafec T90 - Filter Paper

These are the filter papers we use in our shop most of the time. They run faster than the classic V60 papers, allowing for a finer grind. Because they run faster, we find less bitterness and more expressive acidity and sweetness in our cups. Faster brews also preserve more of the volatile compounds that make every coffee unique. If you enjoy intense cups like we do, these are worth a try.
