Processing Time
Our roasting day is currently monday. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days. In rare cases, an order might take up to the following monday until we can ship it (only if no roasted coffee is available).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–5 business days — €4.90 (free shipping on orders over €55)
Shipping Provider We ship with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
