Apax Lab - Box Set (core/nano)

Apax Lab Minerals come from the competition world. It is where we first used them, because it allows us to dial in separate mineral compositions for each coffee. Since then, we knew that this is how we want to serve our coffees in our shop. We always brew with reverse osmosis water and mineralize each coffee after brewing to enhance it's unique character. You can find our recipes for each coffee in our shop under "brewguide" with the respecive coffee.

Think about it like seasoning your food to your liking after cooking instead of adding all the seasonings before it is done. Simple to dose, the droplet style bottle allow for very easy post mineralization when you brew with soft or distilled water.

The Core Set includes 3 x 100ml Bottles, the Nano Set 3 x 20ml. They both include Tonik, Jamm and Lylac. Konflux is available seperately.
